I upgraded my phone few days ago and Jasper, the person who helped me from this McKee/N. Capitol location did a very good customer service. He was very patient with his customers, knowledgeable and helped me until everything was set up with my new device. I've been with at & t for many years and I can assure you that not every employee is as helpful as Jasper. Keep up the good work and look forward meeting you again next time.

Worst staff, worst service ever! After an hour of the staff helping me to open an account, and when I was about to make the payment, the staff told me there is a $20 activation fee, so I asked to switch to a lower plan. It took the staff another hour. And now 2 weeks after, beside my prepaid plan, I see a $117.28 pending fee on my account, which I just found out there is another number that I’m paying for that I’m unaware of! This is insane! The staff is very unprofessional! Which the staff should explain all the fee in the beginning but not tell me there’s another fee need to charge at the last step! Also, what’s happened to another plan under my account!!? The staff just randomly adds plan on my account?
