Pretty much we went in and the guy told me that we had to get authorized by my mom to be able to pick up the phone. While she called the number for like 2minutes the guy walks away and helps some other people for 30mins. Afterwards he disconnects my phone and does a bunch of weird stuff without telling me and my phone has no service. He walks away and says he can't fix it anymore but can switch my data after a hour. I tell him why didn't he say anything at all about what he was doing and did he expect me to walk out without service on my phone?? I transfer sim cards to fix it
