I went in Saturday afternoon because I work all week. They had a store full of people and 2 employees that spent more time chitchatting than getting people moved through. Absolutely ridiculous amount of time to wait. After over an hour I just walked out. Get it together AT&T!

Great customer service. I purchased a watch online and received a refurbished one instead of new also wrong size. So after calling and explaining our situation in search of the right size they gladly resolved the issue by giving us a brand new one in the right size even though it wasn't their mistake. Totally worth the 180 miles round trip.
