Thee best branch I've ever ever been too and being from Chicago, i will be making this my t mobile store. Since i do travel this way a lot. Carlos and (prob gonna get it wrong) Marquise are hands sown super helpful. Guys across The street in the mall got nothing on these guys.

Went into the store for an upgrade today and Abraham and Julia completely exceeded my expectations. I’ve never been to a T-Mobile so caring. They walked me through everything and answered my questions about everything too. Their customer service is 10/10. If I could give them 10,000 stars I would.
