Associate Xavier went above and beyond to port over 1 of my 3 lines. Corporate you really need to invest in training on your employees. Xavier is the prime example on how be leader in how customer service. He spend hours on the phone with different departments not giving up on porting over a line that I already had spent hours of my own. Being a new customer I was about yo cancel all 3 lines as the time was not worth the savings. Xavier and his Manger acknowledged my frustration and they did not give up until my issue was resolved. Please acknowledge Xavier Jackson for his due diligence.

Bless the employee Rose. She was great throughout the whole process. Went in to get my hubby a new phone and he sure was taking his sweet time picking one. (He switched to the IPhone, that trader Joe 😑 ) lol. But she helped out so much and checked and double checked to see if I could use my teachers discount. She really walked us through everything she was doing. Very professional and friendly. I'll be back in about 2 weeks to grab my new phone and maybe a new watch 😁😁😁 Thank you again Rose!!!!!!!!

My experience with AT&T was very good thanks to the manger Moses Khan We went in to look at new options and the representative that was helping us was fairly new so Moses stepped in to help him out and made sure everything went smooth. We got our new devices and are very happy and will be back when Fiber internet is available in our area. Thank you once again Moses! At&t give this guy a raise.

That is a question 🤔 for AT&T customer service or go to an actual AT&T store in person remember you don't owe AT&T a plan you can always cancel your service if you're not satisfied with their service however if you still owe your phones you must pay AT&T any remaining balance on them in order to terminate your cellphone/tablet cellular service, hope that helps
It's an option -- I saw a kiosk inside that let's you pay bills without the need to mail them in, and also "contactless" I believe.
Yes, we always carry the newest phones from Samsung. Stop by our Stockton location and see them in person.
We usually have enough stock of all the newest iPhone devices and make it easy for you to buy online and pick up in the store.
