I stopped in today thinking I needed a new IPhone. Monse the young lady who helped me was not only pleasant as usual when I come in, but she also saved me!!!! I wish we had more Customer Service Reps like her🙂 Keep doing a great job!! Your Awesome. Mrs Williams

This location is properly staffed and the employees here were helpful, honest and pleasant. UNLIKE THE HAMMER LN AND WEST/MARCH LANE locations where the staff is extremely RUDE. The Pacific Ave location is a bit out of my way but will now be the ONLY local BOOST store I will use from now on.

You would have to go to your local Boost Mobile Dealership Associate or ur Plan might be Limited....I had a PLAN that seemed worth it but the Data/Gigs were too Low so I wnt back the nxt Day and Changed My Plan....Alwayz keep ur Reciepts they Try to get ya for missing Reciepts...
