I just went into Best Wishes with my husband at a little after 4:00 on 12/28/21. My husband commented that we were not greeted or really spoken to while we were there. I am in a mobility scooter. I tried to shop in the areas where they weren’t working since some areas were being redone after Christmas. A worker pulled an empty box out of my way without saying a word. Then as I tried to get to the sale merchandise she said, “You might not be able to fit everywhere.” My husband moved a couple of trays on the floor that she could have moved, and I fit through to the sale table. Overall, the staff was unfriendly and not helpful at all. Today they were rearranging things, but they are not ADA compliant on their best day——as I have been there before. They’re a lawsuit waiting to happen, and I’m sure they’re really friendly to their “regulars”.
