Very poor service because the 1st time I arrived there (10 minutes early) for a 11:00AM appointment I was greeted courteously. Then some man came in while I was sitting in the chair to draw blood and carried on about how he was miss treated yesterday. I ended up waiting 45 minutes before they got around to getting my lab work. What a poorly place. I am going back to Moutain View on Saint John’s Place because they are professionals

Girl could not get my blood after 4 different pokes, she asked if I could come back another day. Went to another quest and girl got it immediately

Easiest way is to schedule an appt online. An appointment is now necessary, but can walk-in to lobby and sign-in at kiosk for possible available openings.
They are very good at getting people with vains that are hard to get.
Unfortunately it isn't possible anymore to talk with someone from Quest via phone.
