I was at the park once and i disliked it, It was full of cockroaches, The rent I had to pay was VERY high and the management was very rude. It is the rock bottom of all the trailer parks in southern california.

Nothing works Gates don't work jacuzzi don't work. Now they're charging us a grass maintenance fee what the hell is that

Electric bill three times the rent space. No trash pick up, no laundry facility, no pool or spa, no cable & no showers. New management and everything getting worse. Dog park full of poop never cleaned. Some days the sewage waste area will take from the RV. It's not a resort it's more like a storage park for you to live in.

I've lived here a little over 3 years and the manager and employees are wonderful. The location is great. The amenities are lovely and a nice addition. And everyone always waves and are very friendly and have been very welcoming to our family over the years. Between the morning coffee, bingo night, and family movie night, and and weekend breakfast and so many other wonderful things and events. This has been a blessing during a rough transition time for our family. Thank you guys for being so great over tbe years!! Elizabeth n Scotty n kids
