***A year later and still waiting on our punch list of items to be repaired. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose a different company. Very poor customer service and no communication at all. You will be the one calling and asking when they will show up next. Our pool was completed exactly a year to the day that our contract was signed. Damage was done to our fence with the excavators and it cannot be fixed. Dark black spots have appeared on our steps and sun shelf. Our tiles are crooked and stained with pool finish. Our pavers have deep scratches from whatever machines they used after the decking was laid. There are several spots where the finish was not evenly spread and it is quite noticeable. Very sloppy work from start to finish. When WE called to inquire about our "punch list and pool school" they sent someone out. They could not hook up our salt system because it was never properly hooked up in the first place. We just recently noticed our coping was lifting and needs to be fixed in many places. Last time I posted a negative review, I was threatened that we would not be getting an extended warranty unless I deleted my review (which I did). We are still having issues and until it gets 100 percent resolved to my satisfaction, I'll keep at it. STILL waiting more than 6 months after our pool is complete for our "punch list" to be taken care of.

Very pleased with our pool and screen enclosure by Riviera Pools! Bob with their design team was able to create exactly what we were looking for and it turned out just as we'd hoped.This is a trying time to get anything constructed, especially pools in Florida as the industry-wide shortages have impacted everyone. The owner, Bill was a delight to work with and made sure our project was prioritized, getting everything finished in the timeline he gave us.

I am so glad that I went with Riviera Pools. I know how backed up they are due to the Pandemic, but the finished project is amazing and made up for the delays. I highly recommend this pool company!! Thank you guys for my beautiful pool. We love it and we are enjoying it everyday!

Riviera Won the award for doing the “Least” the least caring, the least communicative, least craftsmanship, least everything. Yesterday was suppose to be our pool prepping day, today our interior finish. Pool Prepping showed up today, which led to interior finish not happening. Per the interior finish company. I had all the hopes for them. I really did.If I am writing this review a year later from Signing contract it’s because I do NOT have any more patience. the office staff will give you anxiety, save yourself the panic attack and go elsewhere. We were told you will have water in your pool 1st week of OCT, so I moved forward with planning a 15th bday for my Daughter and here we are… not completed. Party is tomorrow. If you want to know something you have to call & find out. Because I swear it must be the year 2000 and they pay for minutes. I dug up some old reviews from 2017-2018 and sure enough they are very similar to the problems we’re having now. No professionalism. Not sure why I didn’t see these prior to signing a contract. The 3rd party contractors have been amazing, besides 1 who used my Home as a dump site for his carpet. Everything is COVID, but when you decide to dig 160 holes during a pandemic it’s no longer COVID it’s bad business knowing there’s a pandemic.the back wall where we have fountains is crooked, and no one noticed but the lanai company. I hate this company, and I regret every second of giving them My hard earned money! I swear if you come Back with some BS copy and paste answer It will only get worse. Apologize and take your loss as a company.
