They took $200 holding fee and a $200 deposit. Plus the $96 application fee. Then denied me for a made up reason and never gave my money back. Do not live here.
I moved in yesterday I payed $46 application fee and first months and a deposit and I'm happy with my lovely new apartment
Hi Toni. We are sorry that you and your roommate did not quality under our screening criteria. You were provided a phone number for the screening company to call to get specifics as to what appeared on your reports. Also, your account shows that you paid a non-refundable application fee. All other fees and deposits were refunded to you. If that is not the case, please call us right away so we can get this straightened out. Thank you.
