Day 1 when we moved In, the apartment looked great but come to find out there were so many hidden issues. The shower didn’t work. My windows didn’t have screens. The sliding door didn’t lock. The dryer is upside down and was overheating and started smelling like it was burning. The handle for the toilet was held together with a zip tie. The drawers in the kitchen didn’t work and were broken. It wasn’t disclosed that the bedrooms didn’t have lights so we had to go purchase lamps. Very disappointed that considering we did everything that was asked of us we expected to move in to a fully ready apartment but yet we had to sit around for someone to come by and no one did until we took it into our own hands therefore a lot of our personal time was taken.

I have lived in this community for a few years and have seen my share of maintenance workers come and go but there are 2 of the most Amazing maintenance workers on the face of the planet working in this community and they are named Terrance and David. On any given day you will find them cleaning the property, attending to the needs tenants, smiling waving and greeting tenants and always treating your needs as a priority. Here is a quick review on Terrance..... Yesterday I placed a work order for some repairs that needed immediate attention in the front bathroom. Terrance arrived with his usual friendly demeanor and ready to work attitude and in less than an hour he had our bathroom ceiling looking fantastic and back to normal with the reassurance that he will return next week to do a moisture test to make sure I will have no more issues. The Groves hit the Jackpot when they hired Terrance and David to be a part of this community because they go above and beyond to make this community a happy, thriving place to call home!!!

I am a new resident at the Groves and I am SO pleased with the leasing team! I had a few issues with my apartment upon move-in and Alana made sure to take care of everything I needed. Alana went above and beyond to make sure I was happy in my new home and Chelsea & Cinthia were a huge help as well! Alana was extremely honest with me during the entire process. I have rented for many years and Alana is the best leasing agent I have ever worked with! Terrance came out immediately to help with my lock when I has issues there as well. No apartment complex is perfect but that is why it is so important to have an awesome leasing team! I am so happy I live here at the Groves! It is so comforting to know that there is an awesome team in the office who has my best interest in mind. I would highly recommend renting from here, especially if you get the opportunity to work with Alana!

It took way too long for maintenance to show up and get any work done. It took months and I understand that they’re understaffed but just give me a timeframe rather than knocking on my door once after 3 weeks of waiting and then closing out my request. Then I had to reopen and still wait 3 more weeks and I had to show up every other day to talk to Cynthia (who’s great by the way) to get them to show up to my apartment. Then was given another timeline which they did not stick to. And the repair didn’t even hold for 24 hours! And I’m still waiting on repairs for other things.

PM usually comes around 3 or 4
They do but they have a fee that you have to pay monthly for that pet. And maybe I'm wrong but I think it depends on what type of dog you have. You can always call the office and ask them questions that you may have.
