As many other stated reviews if I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I have lived here for 3 years. The old management company at least would send notices with clear time frames and explanations as to what is being done and when it would be done. Since the new management has taken over it’s been a lot of blanket notices. Roofs were set to be redone and they sent a notice to with a timeframe for every building. It never happened and they were here months later doing it, with no new notice. Currently it sounds like they are tearing the walls down right outside my apartment, I called the leasing office yesterday and was told there should be no construction being done and just pressure washing. I was woken up to the loud banging of construction early again today and called and was met with a VERY rude leasing agent telling me we were notified of the construction and that it’s just part of their renovations. When I explained our roof was already done and that the only other notices received were for power washing, I asked what they were doing as it sounds like they are trying to rip the walls down, I was met with “If you want to know that you’ll have to go outside and ask the construction crew because I have no idea”. On top of the horrible new management team and their rude staff. This is NOT luxury apartments. It may look nice inside but you’ll be in dangers way living here. There’s not a day I don’t wonder if I will be shot, stabbed or robbed here. Just last week we were holed up in our apartment due to swat firing into another apartment and refusing to let us leave. This is a day to day occurrence here. Tweakers are crawling all over the complex nightly, there are frequent shootings and stabbings. With the amount of crime and carelessness here you would think you’re living at a low income apartment and not paying $2000+ for an apartment. I mean it when I say RUN don’t walk away from leasing here.

Me and my girlfriend have been residence at Central flats for roughly 7 months. Central flats now has a new leasing team and management inside the leasing office who have been nothing short of incredible! We saw change in the complex within a month of new management taking over. So far they have started repairs on the roofs, fixed all the succen in potholes in the road way and have been proactively keeping up with the upkeep of the complex in its entirety. It's a huge contrast from the last management and leasing specialist we had when we first moved to the complex. So I thank them for listening to the issues that tenant's have brought to the table and taking the proactive steps to get the issues resolved. I want to highlight the new leasing manager Nathan; who has literally! took every issue me and my girlfriend have brought to the forefront and got it resolved. That may seem small to some, but the implications of his are actions are HUGE and reflects the care he and his team of leasing specialist have; for making Central Flats a cohesive living environment, that we can enjoy and be proud to call home. So thank you to Nathan!

Tijona is such a bright and pleasant leasing agent to work with. She took time to hear my unusual situation. She is very compassionate and genuinely caring. I felt like she welcomed us into the complex perfectly. Her approach is top-notch professional yet laid back, which I really appreciated! She is always happy and bubbly when we see her - which is a huge comfort during our stressful moving situation. Despite looking at a few different apartments in Kent, we chose Central Flats because of Tijona's excellent showing of the apartment and information she gave us along the tour. We were sold on the place before we even got back to the office to discuss renting!!

Hello, if you would please call the office so I may speak with you about this further I would appreciate it. If a resident is 14 or older they may use the facilities without an adult present. If they are younger, they would need to be with a lease holding resident who is 18 or older.
Hi Joy! Rent is due on the first and has a 3 day grace period. As long as rent and charges are paid by 6pm on the 3rd there is no late fee.

They took $200 holding fee and a $200 deposit. Plus the $96 application fee. Then denied me for a made up reason and never gave my money back. Do not live here.
I think 100 for holding the apartment for you. But it's not refundable.
