Have family that lived here from 03 to 07 and 2010 to present. No parking AT ALLS. Kids used to be all in the streets when cars are in and out of the complex. It's not as bad these days. A lot of Mexicans live in this complex and they take up both their parking spaces, AND the visitor parking spaces, which aren't many available. Can't park anywhere else or you'll get towed. When their parking spot gets taken, they will take another tenant's spot. Can't wait until my folks move away from there. It's just a bad setup.

for any huamn being living out there looking for a place to live, here is not the place, its a hell hole, a pit, i swear to you, itll only bring problems to you and money loss, im just warning you now, dont make the same mistake as i did, and the management, dont get me started, it so poor, they dont give a flying flip, only about the money and how the apartments are taken care of, to much bs from you and theyll kick you out.

These apartments are a horrible place to live at because, ive been living here for almost four years and throughout those so many life changing events happened here but the reason im saying they are horrible is because during the summer, a kid peed by my window....the kids that live here are so out of controll and ignorant its so bad. And we got a notice on the door for having a paper bag (WITH NOTHING IN IT) 😑 the big toy isnt really fun unless you're a 2 year old. The swing set with only 2 swings and they have been ripped down more than over 50 times and one of them are worn out. I was walking to the garbage and seen a full dirty diaper.... Thats really disgusting. In the summer they said you cannot have a grill for barbeques but there has been so many grills without them noticing. The maintenance man said that he would fix the door stopper for free in one of the rooms in my apartment and they charged us 😐 they also say you cannnot fix your car in the parking lot and one of the office ladys walked right passed a man who was working on his car. The parking lot is soo bad they just fixed it not even 6 moths ago and there is gas everywhere and garbage and all kinds of gross things. And for a HUGE amount of rent these apartments suck! I advise you not livivng here if your planning on trying to.....😐
