Worst complex apartments ever they don't care about any of problems. We have nine people in a one bedroom apartment living up stairs making nosies 24/7 and complain to the manager about it but they did nothing. By law their not supposed be more than three people living in a one bedroom apartment. The other problem is there are no parking which their supposed be to two cars per person for each apartment. I would say not waste your money here or put a down payment because you will not get it back. Even if you cancel and don't move in the won't refund you.

I give 5 stars ONLY because Qui'Yonna is an amazing manager. If I was rating the actual quality of living here, it would be a 1. Q is doing a fantastic job of fixing the problems left by the previous management/manager. I feel horrible for her seeing what a mess she has to deal with. Work orders not being done for months, people going without a washing machine for months, the kids that are here are left to do whatever they want with no supervision, which as I'm sure you can imagine is a nuisance. At any rate, Q is the best manager we've had here... And I've been here for several years. Thanks to the property manager for doing one thing right & hiring her for us.

The new management company needs to be proactive in getting things done. At this point nothing has bern done about anything. They have had several months to get the gate fixed. No online portal to use yet. The grass grew to the point it seeded out, so its all dying. Homeless addicts and drug dealers are starting to influx the place. Some new tenants have been showing signs of being drug addicted in their behavior. Its just getting way out of hand. We have never had this much problems before with a management company.
