I went to pickup an online order for a bed ridden neighbor. I parked in the pickup spot - no phone option to check in so I go to the pickup desk. They ask for ID, I provide mine - not good enough. I provide my neighbors (I hold his Power of attorney) NOT good enough, I offer to show them the CC that was used for the purchase - NOT good enough. They tell me he has to come in, I explain he cannot - well he can call them - so THEY write down the phone number, I call the neighbor and teach him how to get a text bc he has nothing to write with, , he tries 3 times to call but number doesn't work. I have her check the number - OH I gave you the wrong number! 30 minutes to PU a paid for order,

Inviting, public restroom and use with no hassle like some other places which, denying someone use of a businesses restroom is technically illegal. Just saying. But businesses get away with it because they think no one will report them to the BBB. Denying ANYONE the right to use of a restroom facility in a public place of business or social gathering is illegal. Love Lowe's for keeping it real.

I experienced outstanding customer service. I needed just ten feet of plastic banding material. The Lowe's rep just gave me some from the lumber shipping area. I offered to pay and he said just remember is the next time you need something and I said I will.

Experience was amazing! I was able to grab everything that I needed. It was nice because they let me walk out with a smile. It was just under the budget that I can afford I felt like everything landed in the palm of my hand. I for sure will be back again
