I wonder if the IRS and California Franchise Tax Bureau know that this company refuses to give customers actual receipts or invoices? I have asked and was escalated to 4 different people all of which insisted an order confirmation is a receipt... AN ORDER CONFIRMATION IS NOT A RECEIPT. A receipt must contain certain information in order for it to be considered a receipt. This is super shady, why wouldn't a large company like this provide actual receipts?? Is something fishy going on?

I received the wrong color foundation. The customer service representative was very nice and immediately sent me a return label. The bad reviews are old and they have improved their customer service.

As a first time customer, I was excited to trying a new cosmetics line, however, that excitement has now turned into extreme frustration. It’s been FOURTEEN days and I haven’t even received a shipping number. The status of my order is still “processing”. Two days AFTER I placed this Too Faced order, I ordered beauty products from Morphe, Farsali, MAC, and Ulta...I received the shipping confirmation within one to two business days and the products within that same week. I emailed (attached) and called the Too Faced customer service line, only to speak with very uncaring, flippant representatives who advised that there was a sale (I paid full price) which caused my order to be delayed. I understand 2 additional days but this had gone way beyond. I was further patronized (once I complained of the lack of concern), with the attached 20% off coupon which expired within 3 days of receipt!!!! I believe I was given the coupon knowing that I wouldn’t use it within the 3 days…why would I, when the first products that I ordered are still not shipped???

Have to agree with everyone else. Just purchase Too Faced products through a third-party retailer. I placed an order on 7/13 and still have yet to receive it. Only received a shipping confirmation once I called CS and was told to check my email tomorrow and if I don't receive a confirmation by then, I should call back. Going on 20+ days waiting for my order. I even emailed CS and received a reply days later stating, "Sorry, there was a glitch in our system." Maybe you should have overnighted my shipment once you figured it out, not make me wait another 7+ days.

I have same issue, I have emailed 5 times since October 08, regarding an order I placed, and never received conformation email. Also called the supposed Customer service,line. and after waiting on hold for 20 mins the line just says goodbye and hangs up. This same hang up situation happens three times. I used to Love their makeup, still do. But will not do any purchases ever again, lesson learnd, customer satisfaction is not one this companies hoals. . Mac cosmetics has best delivery turn around 2 days, not 20 like too faced, or get your too faced make-up from HSN, and if it's a refund, you can submit affidavit through your bank or credit card company, since they won't help. You will get it back 5 to 7 days
The only store that Too Faced has is in London. However, all TF products can be found in Sephora and Ulta. You'll find plenty of those in LA.
Their costumer service sucks I waited for one hour and they hanged up the call terrible communication I wanted a refund and they stole my money and never received anything
