DEC. 15, 2020 -- Terrible, terrible company. Returned a cushion to them for refund and they received it on Oct. 1, 2020 according to USPS delivery tracking. It's now Dec. 15, 2020 and no refund to my bank account. They've responded via email after a week's wait each time saying it was in process, and, most recently told me it was refunded on Nov. 3. It doesn't appear in my account; my bank confirms there's no such refund, and I'm now filing a bank claim. I've called the company phone number 7 times and always get nothing but a busy signal. Complete ripoffs! ADVISE THAT YOU STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY...THEY'RE SCAM ARTISTS.

We ordered a seat cushion for my wife's sciatic nerve with a 3-day shipping. Three and a half weeks later still no sign of the product. I've sent three emails and left a voicemail to either refund my money or give me my product and have yet to get either or. Very poor operation. Of the two email replies I was promised it's being picked up and shipped and that has been 16 and 10 days ago.I now have dispute the charge on my card. This is also going to be reported to the better business bureau.

I like the service they give at this point in time of corona virus. I got my cushion and I loved it . This really helped my sciatica pain and helps me focus on the work. I recommend the cushions and this brand of cushions too.

I’m not one to leave reviews.But in this case,Bael Decor Inc. definitely deserves a positive review for their commitment to extraordinary customer service. When I call in, no matter who I speak with, they are always courtesy and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure my questions are answered. But what I love most is just how they make me feel. They really make me feel important, that my business means something and is special to them. And the results they’ve delivered be are well beyond what they promised in the beginning. As a said, I’m not one to leave reviews for any company, good or bad. But, I had to leave this one as I’m just so happy with my results and the service I’ve received. OUTSTANDING company to work with! I just can’t highly recommend enough.
