I have called the Mazda customer experience line twice and spent over 1.5 hrs trying to get reimbursed for a faulty headlight that was later recalled, but I had already had it fixed by Mazda. The dealer said to call the 800 number because I was eligible to be reimbursed. They won't reimburse and have been told two times a supervisor would call me back within 24-48 hrs. No one ever called. They suck! Plus the person I spoke to the first time could hardly speak English so it was very hard to understand her. Terrible customer service!!!!

Mazda USA Customer Service Ticket Number 52201490386 I called Mazda USA Customer Service about a week ago to raise an issue with Local Mazda Dealer/Vehicle Service... NO call from Mazda USA as of yet (although informed I would get a follow-up).... Issue with local Mazda (ELP) and my vehicle below (left review below with local Mazda dealer). 2013 Mazda 3 2.0L Sport DTC B2BCD - B2BCD Malfunction of the control module by the passive safety system. DTC was cleared about 4 times in 3 years. Last year two options identified by service tech. Replace airbag module and or replace harnesses that connect to module. New airbag module - about $500. Replace harnesses w labor (a complete tear up) - about $3,500. Chose new module alternative.... but airbag dash light came back on. Harnesses connecting airbag module would be next.... an extremely expensive fix, extremely complicated and laborious task. and no guarantee it would fix issue.... What to do...! Found in the "internets" a Canadian fellow indicating it is the shorting clip/bridge contact issue... Got samples of the connectors from a local junkyard to look at the shorting clips and evaluated witness marks between module contacts to connectors (3 of them) shorting clip/bridge. Compared witness marks from old to new module.... new module did not show witness marks like old airbag module... conclusion connector shorting clip/bridge not making "clean" contact. With connectors from junkyard, evaluated how to lift the contacts of the clip/bridge... shorting clip/bridge is retained by barbs that dig in plastic... my evaluation of car's connectors shorting clip/bridge was it was not fully assembled. With terminal "pick" tool (like a flat screwdriver but not tapered) pushed shorting clip/bridge further into plastic.... as with samples from junkyard, clips/bridges contacts protruded further which allowed a "cleaner" contact to airbag module terminals..... once clips/bridges were pushed, reassembled module, attached battery and started car..... voila, airbag dash light turned off... And Rudolph Mazda got $500 for unnecessary new airbag module, several visits (about 4 at $150 a visit to trouble shoot DTC B2BCD for about 3 years), AND Rudolph Mazda was very willing to replace the harnesses to the airbag module for $3,500)... My research and fix... one afternoon plus $6 for junkyard connectors to help understand the interface.... How is it that Rudolph Mazda wasn't able to fix the car, moreover not aware of B2BCD DTC shorting clip/bridge fix.... and that is why people are apprehensive and to some degree distrusting of dealers and mechanics in general

I have a 2009 Mazda 6 with 54,700 original miles, I bought it on 3/5/2021, I am the second owner, car looks really good taken care of inside out, on 4/7/2021, on my dashboard is the red key sign not detected and security lock as well, not flashing just lit, I have a no start no push, the car was taken w/AAA to the nearest Mazda dealer, Lou Bachrodt Mazda in Coconut Creek, FL but technicians can’t find a way to fix it. I need someone in HQ to tell me what’s going on. Also dealer is supposed in contact with HQ as well for guidance. Thank you

Keep building fun-to-drive car and I'll keep buying them. Having driven almost everything on the market, it's night and day in a Mazda product. Keep that manual transmission alive, and your passion where your heart is. Also, special thanks to Dave Coleman as well as all other passionate engineers and designers for developing a truly exceptional product worth driving. I hope the compact sedan and hatchback, but especially the purist sports car, is always in the plans at Mazda.

Unfortunately, no.

I love my 2014 Mazda 3 ITouring. Why do the rear brakes wear out so fast?. I noticed there are many Mazda owners with the same problem

I bet it’s because you’re a female. Females often are not only heavy on the gas pedal, but in turn are even heavier on the brakes.

can I get your north American Headquarters email ?
