Overweight employee coughed without covering her mouth in my general direction then got upset when I told her to stay home or cover her mouth. Um you work at a grocery store, did not know that this is what we're doing now. Lol. This is also not the first time this has happened at a Fred Meyer. Lost a customer. WALMART FOR LIFE BABY

Buyer beware: don't buy anything in the clothing or shoe department without trying it on first. They will only do exchanges at the Customer "and Money" Services desk and it's a mess. I stopped in to exchange the size on some shorts I purchased for my son and finally gave up after 20 minutes and left. The line wasn't moving and there were still 3 people in front of me. They handle all kinds of bill payment and money transfers now, which all take an extended amount of time. It's not reasonable to group that with other customer service needs and expect people with quick transactions to wait. I''ll take my business elsewhere.

The middle aged older black lady working customer service was SO rude to the immigrant couple in front of me because she had to explain to them a few times how sending money works. She got a major attitude and was super rude and degrading that I had to intervene. This lady needs an attitude adjustment. Whatever she’s going through in her personal life has no place in the work place!! Most of us in America are immigrants! How dare you!? Sickening to watch.

This location is the sketchest Fred Meyer I've ever been to. Everytime I'm there there are thefts happening. Homeless roam the store regularly. Their shelves are usually out of something. Very busy.
