This post office is complete trash. They were not friendly, they were very suspicious and i should of known something wasn't right when my fiance took in a package to send me . I never received my package when I track it it says from 12/9/2021 to now it is still at the post office there. They refuse to help find the package. I honestly believe someone there stole it NEVER use this post office, they are a bunch of scams. Very disgusted in them never in my life has a post office failed me so badly.

ATTN POST MASTER AND BRANCH MANAGER: No. Just, No. So antiquated. Opened a PO box online for my business (Not my first time doing this) and I go in with all the documentation except form 1093 which I know for a FACT they have on hand AND online box requests 1093's can be printed at the post office. Rare form, there was NO LINE and 2 clerks! ( Line must've been down for awhile as they were chatting heavily when I walked in) Did the clerk lift a finger? Nope. instead she gives me the worst attitude " Do you have the form? You've got to have the form... Sorry" The Postal Service has been LONGGGGGGG OVERDUE in conducting customer service training for it's workers. Long. Overdue. Wasted my lunch break on this, thanks. (I used to work as a box clerk, I know how it goes. You guys have the laziest excuses for postal workers representing you at the counter.)
