Untrustworthy. 1) They said they could pay out early and then when I went to collect the dividend suggested I’d be happier consigning elsewhere. 2) They “lose items”, for ex. when they couldn’t locate a Vinyard Vines Shep Shirt I had consigned in the store, they told me they’d look for it and call me because they were closing. They never got back to me. A month later, after a number of inquiries on my part, the owner accused me of lying saying it was a pair of pants. I held them accountable and only then did she give me a modest credit AND told me I can no longer consign there. 3) The owner and her staff are rude.
