Tired of spending money with businesses that have totally ridiculous policies! I've ordered papa John's forever online and recently my taste has changed to thin crust. First time I didn't know you didn't get garlic butter with thin. Next time I put a note in my order to send garlic butter instead of the seasoning, still no garlic butter. This time I call to order so I can get my garlic butter but I'm told they can't substitute the seasoning for garlic butter unless I pay extra. This policy makes zero since the pizzas cost the same thick or thin! Not like I get a discount for thin crust. Anyway I'm done with papa John! Too bad because I've ordered papa John's for probably 20 years

Ordered a papadia steak extr meat without peppers order came it had a few tiny pieces of steak on it. Call the store to manager. He says I didn't make your sandwhich ill give you a credit though, then say we used the last of the steak on your meal. So if you knew you didn't have enough to fill a order then why did you send the order out ???? Not calling and telling me that I would of switched my order. Whole time on this phone call the manager did not care and giving off a couple of words at a time and left in silence, then another couple words. Contacted papjohna customer support and made a complaint about the order and store manager, which obviously already had bad reviews for the management for this location.

Ordered from this location twice and both time order was wrong. in either case toppings were sparse. really disappointing, because the toppings are good quality; fresh mushrooms, etc. should be and do expect better. really would rate this location 2 stars, but gave 3 for the potential of really good. sad
