Tekaa is the most unprofessional and rude person I’ve ever dealt with at any business which makes the rest of the management look bad. Instead of being helpful to the residents that pay A LOT of money, she makes residents feel as if they are the problem for issues occurring around the complex. This apartment complex has so much potential but the management clearly doesn’t care about improving the atmosphere. The apartments are infested with roaches and is a common issue within multiple residents. The issue is continuously brought up but the management does nothing but blame the residents for the issue , instead of trying to find a solution to the problem. As well, they are never available inside the office and you could never get a direct response from them, inside you are waiting days and even weeks for a response on matters. I highly do not recommend this place, there is so many better complexes with better amenities and friendlier staff.

Moved here a couple of months ago and I don’t ever want to leave. The maintenance guys respond fast and are extremely helpful. The grounds are Pristine and my dog loves the park. The pool is resort style and the gym is by far the best I’ve even been to. For those in previous reviews, I have had no issues with Kelly. She has been really sweet to me and extremely professional. She is on top of things which some people may not like but we ❤️. Love my neighbors and love the neighborhood

If you are looking for a beautiful resort style place to call home, look no further ! The staff are always attentive, professional and thorough with tenants. Extremely modern, gorgeous apartments, with lots of amenities, huge windows and breathtaking views from patio. I love this place. The grounds are lush and always manicured…lots of walking trails, dog park for those with pets, and state of the art gym and pool.

Worst apartment complex to apply to run as far as possible. The assistant manager tekaa is so rude. She doesn’t let you talk she hung up on me and my girlfriend two separate times. I by accident sent her not full bank statements and didn’t communicate that to me and just declined my app after taking $300 dollars. And don’t try to call them because they don’t pick up. Then they said that I was late on my last residence 15 times and I was late every month. I would have been evicted if that was the case. Don’t not apply or rent for this apartment complex.
