Justin in the hot food department .. what a great example of superior customer service!! He literally went out of his way after seeing me standing there! And took care of everything I needed immediately! He proves indeed an asset to your company! Customer services is everything!! And he nailed it!

Abby from pharmacy is amazing! She called another Publix, that had my medication available for today instead of me having to wait 3 days. She, transferred my order and called me back to confirm. I appreciate such wonderful, caring people.

The staff in the store and the cashiers are friendly and polite. However, the deli section has serious problems. Ordering a sandwich feels like you are walking on eggshells. Some of the employees are straight up rude and sarcastic. It definitely does not live up to Publix standards.

Whenever we go into Publix, and we've been going there for 7 years, the people there are always so polite and dont mind helping you at all. Their store is always nice and clean. Their food selection is bar none. There is just such a great ambiance at that store. And since weve been shopping there for so long have forged relationships that are impeccable. Some say their prices are a bit high. But we say always remember in this life you get what you pay for. Thanks so much Publix at Connerton!
