Ordered online 2 stuff crust pizza. They sent me two brownies instead (no joke) they refunded the pizza and charged me for two brownies. I went to the store and the ‘manager’ said that’s all he could do and looked at me like I was in the wrong. He also would not refund the brownies that I did not ask for unless I brought them back. Too many complaints on this franchise. Anyone know who the owner is?

I got the wrong pizza. I ordered a studfed crust and got the batman calzone. Tried calling the store, and no one picked up. It was a to go order.

What has happened to this location? Gross. I just threw 2 orders of bread sauses and an entire deep dish in the trash and my kids and I are hungry now. That wasn't even ediable. Gross! Never again. Noone ever answers the phone either! We have tried on numerous occasions. So no getting my money back. I'm really just appalled. We use to like this place.
