Mystic Pointe is definitely the place to be! I've resided here since 2019 with my girlfriend and we love it here. The pool is so nice and on top of that there is a huge dog park that our dog loves. Everyone here is so nice and we've made so many friends, we will be sad when it is time to buy a house. They also include internet and cable which is such a good deal, you really can't beat it! 5 stars all across the board for us

I am completely disappointed with this apartment complex. My girlfriend and I spent the application fee and were told from management that, "All of our information was successfully put into the system, and our credit and background check was ran and we were APPROVED." I quote that directly from my email they had sent! They then had the nerve to string us along and show us available units as we were on a waitlist. We agreed on a unit we liked, and they wanted $700 from each of us by the end of that day. I find it ironic that we decided to wait for another unit to become available and keep our place on the waitlist, and now all of the sudden my girlfriend gets an email that whoops, we actually are not approved? What a joke and thank god we did not give these people more money! We started out super excited about this complex and after this mess, I would not recommend Mystic Pointe. Poor management, and even more poor way of falsely communicating with future residents.

From the moment I walked into the office, I knew this was the place I wanted to be! We are having a home built and their "Home Buyers" program is amazing and exactly what I needed! Shea did a wonderful job of making me feel welcome and keeping us informed throughout the whole leasing process. It truly does feel like resort living! The grounds are kept in great condition, the apartment is spacious and the maintenance crew is great! They even have a valet for your garbage!! The management does a great job at keeping you updated on whats new and I honestly can't think of a negative thing to say! I've never lived in an apartment so I was a little reluctant at first but I can gladly say I KNOW we made the right choice in signing with Mystic Pointe!

I am a resident at Mystic Pointe and I could not be happier. The property is always kept to the highest standards. I have worked with the leasing agent Haley and she has made this transition very easy for me. She always makes sure to answer any questions I have and if I send an email she always does her due diligence to get back to me in a timely manner. Management and all the other staff here are always professional and kind and are clearly committed to making this a great place to live. The amenities are amazing, they have a beautifully kept pool and an awesome gym. And the cyber cafe is great whether you’re surfing the web or just looking for a nice place to relax. All in all I am amazed by this place and happy to call Mystic Pointe home!
