Land O Lake Family Fitness is an excellent neighborhood gym managed by a retired Law Enforcement Officer. Many of the clients are active or retired Law Enforcement Officers. It is a safe place for your family to train. Absent is the meat market feel of chain store gyms. New cardio equipment has been added.

I recently visited this gym and discovered that it has been taken over by two U.S Marine veterans and their wives. They have re-branded the place and have brought a new attitude, up to date equipment, fresh paint, along with ongoing improvements including a smoothie bar that is currently being constructed. It is well suited for families as well as individuals. If you live in the Land O' Lakes area, stop in to meet the owners and staff and support their efforts.
