Best vet I have ever been to! So much care and compassion. My regular vet put me off for a week when my 14 year old dog needed help. Dr Hanna made time the same day. Moved all of my pets to Skyline!

My baby was so sick and took me immediately on Saturday when I called. Dr. HANNA is such a compassionate person. From his soft voice to hugging and holding your baby with love. I have never had a vet hold my baby like that. From the phone call to check out, it was so wonderful and my baby is well again. Thank you to the staff for their compassion as well. I will definitely be going back to Dr. HANNA.

Our dog was taken to Skyline (in Connerton) in August where my husband declined some services but not the heartworm test we specifically came for. Her blood was drawn for it. They did not do the test (we were not charged) and marked it down as declined. Frustrating but probably a miscommunication. Today I call to refill our heartworm meds and they tell me they gave us 12 (I see in the receipt we paid for 12 that was emailed 16 days after we left so could not be reviewed there) but we always ask for 6 and only got 6. Now they won’t even let me get more (paying again) for meds for my dog. We adopted her after being heart-worm positive. It is essential she has these meds as another positive will most likely kill her. I am so frustrated and when I shared this they had no solution. Just we show you paid for 12 there is nothing else I can do. I never post negative reviews ever - I try to focus on the positive but this is my dogs health and I want to warn others. I hope this is just a fluke but it is unacceptable either way.

Used to take my dogs to another vet office for over 3 years and recently switched to Skyline. I usually don’t leave reviews to businesses, but I’m very impressed with Dr. Hanna and his team. We have been with them for almost 5 months now and so far we are very pleased with their services. They do care and are very compassionate about my pets. Making an appointment takes a few minutes and the reception people are very helpful and understanding. They usually accommodate us the same day or the next if possible, or refer us to another affordable after hours facility if my senior dogs can’t wait to be seen. I felt comfortable and safe when they asked me use a face mask while in the hospital, even though I received my covid vaccination 4 months ago. The exam rooms are always clean and sanitized, and everyone in the office is using their face mask as well. Their pet hotel looks very nice and clean, which is a plus because I want my pets to be boarded where there’s a vet on-site. We already made our first reservation for November. Highly recommended vet office 👍👍👍
