I was directed to Mac daddy for warranty repair by my air compressor manufacturer. I was greeted nicely enough until Tamara got on the line. She could not have been more rude, unhelpful or had less attitude. They may provide terrific repairs, but I'll never know thanks to her. I'd rather buy another 1k unit then deal with that nonsense

So I hate giving bad reviews MacDaddy earned this one by there lack of service. I bought my mower to them to fix as the warranty service provider. I understand the manufacturer parts would not allow it to be fixed. But to not call and keep me apprised of the issue and let me find out via a random email from the manufacturer of the mower. Is a poor way of doing business still never got a call back.

I took in a pressure washer to have it repaired. Within the first minutes I was there they were rude. That should have been my clue to leave then. They initially said only two parts were needed to make it run again. Long story short they were going to charge me the equivalent of a new pressure washer to repair a old one. Every time you call another part needs to be replaced thus driving up the price. I would have been better off taking the pressure washer to the local dump, saving myself money, time and the frustration of having to deal with Mac Daddy Sales and service in Landolakes. Save yourself the frustration and take your business to a different repair shop. Life is too short to be treated like a second class citizen. Left with my pressure washer in parts and pieces. Never again!!!

Purchased a Briggs and Stratton generator that failed on initial startup, B&S sent me to MacDaddy with it. It was a terrible experience, took 1 year to date to get the generator back. They have so many excuses for their poor customer service which is difficult to prove, lack of follow, lack of communication, lack of concern, etc. After one year I get the generator back and it looks like it is 5 years old, they destroyed the outer pieces and accepted no responsibility for doing so. I did have a mower worked on, they did a good job with it but it too took a long time to get it repaired.
