Please be careful when buying animals from here especially Guinea pigs between my daughter and her friend both of theirs have died unexpectedly just a week or 2 after getting theirs from here. I think they are over breeding because they do not seem very healthy.

I want to give a 5 star to ROSE! She is just like her name. Beautiful and will put a smile on my face. Rose has one of the best customers service I have even seen. The care she has for my dogs and any animal makes me feel that I'm in good hands. Rose is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It all depends on the individual that you meet it's supposed to be the policy but it's more of the individual that you meet
Everyone wears masks, doors open on a sensor, you can get in and out quick unless you need to wait for live food like crickets or something

Your better off heading over to cc marine on 41, better price and larger crickets. That's where I go for my crickets. My 50ct superworms from here always seem really short. And they aren't even that big... Quite strange.

No turtles that I'm aware. Prices there are comparable to chain pet stores but with their sales and loyalty card you can do very well shopping there.
