As my wife and I have gone through life together - Tracy Jewelers has been along for the ride with us. All of our special occasions pretty much lead to here. We’ve purchased all of our jewelry from Shannon. She is our go to jeweler for everything. She’s sold us our engagement ring, wedding bands, first year wedding ring bands, anniversary earrings, bracelets, etc. My wife loves seeing the Tracy jewelers box when she walks through the door. But here is the real reason I love these people - I had covid, while my wife was giving birth to our first son. The hospital would not let me in because I had symptoms. Tracy Jewelers was willing to hand deliver my wife’s new necklace to the hospital for me. Tell me where else in the world you can find a jeweler that will do that for you. I was moved by the willingness. We are without question customers for life to this fine place. The best in the business.

I went in to have an old promise ring sized and they were amazingly helpful. When I went to pick my ring up I talked about my future jewelry plans and budget. Shannon showed me something perfect and went over financial options to make it possible. You can tell everyone that works there enjoys what they do and take the time to understand individual needs. I have to say the minute I walked in the store it had a very warm and friendly and very clean atmosphere. I was very selective with who worked on my jewelry, very sentimental to my heart for it was my Mom's and she passed. Sean and his staff are awesome. He made my jewelery look brand new, great job.
