There is no Koy pond! Very disappointed. The park is kept clean. Kinda small but has basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court, walking trail, playground, one BBQ pit, tables, benches, pool for members, and one porta potty. Also a rental building for parties it seemed. Small parking lot.

Pool was excellent. Perfect temperature, plenty of chairs and shade. Kiddie pool was great for our two year old.

The park is open to the public the clubhouse and pool are for hoa only
