Nice place to fish on a cool day. Not much shade in the summer on hot days. Definitely bring something cool to drink if you decide to go in the summer months. I've caught catfish, bass, bluegill, and perch at this pond.

I don't think you can camp there but it is run by the county conservation office, maybe call them before you try.
I've heard around 40 ft on the deep end I remember seeing it when they dug it and I think that's about right. I was probably 15.
