The service at this location was excellent. When the employee could not understand my deep southern accent through the two-way speaker system for ordering, she politely and promptly came out to my car with a big smile on her face and took my order at car side. The food was delivered promptly, hot fresh, well packaged and prepared. I gave them only three stars for the quality of the food itself. It was okay. The restaurant property and structures we're in excellent condition, neat and clean, once again good job to the staff.

Pulled up at 9:45 pm and it took five min to finally take my order. 10:25 and still no order or even request of payment. Seriously, 30 min wait to not even pay for nor receive my food?!

I went there Friday afternoon. Whomever the “gentleman” at the drive thru was should either get a job he enjoys or act like he enjoys his job. As I was placing my order he was rude and very rudely asking “Is that all”? After each order I placed. My total came up to $50, my orders there are usually this much or more as we are a family of 6. Well since I did not appreciate his lack of customer service and his nasty attitude I left the drive thru and went to Dairy Queen where they took my order with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’m sure he was not very happy that a big order was placed and never paid for. I will no longer go to this Sonic, I will now go to the one closes to my house. Hopefully the service there will be better. I will not spend money where I’m treated with disrespect.

We went there recently for lunch. My guest had the Super Double Cheese Burger and raved about it. Said it was one of the best hamburgers he ever had. My experience was not so fortunate. I had really been craving a good chili dog for a month or better and figured this was the place to get it. WRONG!! The hot dog was OK but the chili topping was awful. It tasted as if was the last scoop of chili scraped out of the bottom of a kettle in the steam table. Tasted nasty and was all dried out. I see so many negative reviews for this location. If they took as much time addressing the problems as they do posting apologies for the bad reviews they might get somewhere. What will it take for someone to wake up and smell the coffee?
