Judy is a consummate professional and a truly valuable resource for going through the experience of deciding to sell your house. She is always ready with support and guidance calling on her years of experience in this market. She is reassuring, calm and a lovely person to work with. We feel very fortunate to have been in her very capable hands.

We had the incredible experience working with Judy and highly recommend her to family and friends. It was clear from the beginning that Judy has the complete package – she knows the local market better than anyone, has the contacts, the social media platform plus three decades of experience. She is a straight shooter and was a true partner which made the experience seamless. Despite being one of the top agents in Westport, CT, Judy always made us feel like her most important client.

Judy was an incredible partner as we looked to price, market and sell our home. She has a great understanding of the local marketplace, and we would highly recommend her.

Having relocated 5 times in the past 20 years, I recognize the importance of having a realtor who is honest, straightforward, understands market conditions and is a good communicator. Judy is all of these things and more. She has good ideas as to how best to present your home and does what it takes to make the sale. She is also a calming influence in times of stress! Thank you Judy for helping us sell our home!

Westport has 4 main beaches. Compo Beach, Burying Hill, Old Mill and Sherwood Island. Sherwood Island is the biggest and you don’t need to live in Westport to go you can pay by the day so its the easiest for out of towners. Compo Beach you need a beach sticker, which is sold anytime to residents and sold to non residents at $750 in very limited supply. Some years they do sell daily passes but, they do run out fast. Compo is the 2nd biggest and has food concessions and a great playground. Burying Hill is very quiet, and my favorite spot to go to read a great book + Old Mill is wonderful to explore at low tide and make a stop for beachy snacks at Joeys By The Shore!
Homes near the beach and or walk to town sell at a premium. And although the town is not large, the further you are from dowtown, train and beach you get you the most square footage and the most land - so those north of the Merritt Parkway give you better value.
