Hello, I understand that many of toys customers don't wear masks, But why were there 3 employees not wearing their masks at all today? not incorrectly but actually not at all. Disrespectful.

They should be wearing mask but i find most hardware stores dont abide by that policy

I am not sure why that is, but in the past Lowes has said they would not "police" customers. If customers came in without masks, they would offer them masks, but if they refused, they would let then shop in their stores without a mask. I get you do not want to get into a confrontation with people, but they need to set the policy that to shop in our stores, a mask is required like many other stores have done. Quite evident that Lowes puts money and profit above public safety. Employees without masks is another notch that Lowes has fallen to with regard to respect for people. I will never shop there ever again. Too many alternatives to get what you need and not support a company that money is more important than anything else, such as respect and public safety. This is one example why covid has spread and continues to devastate our society.
