Had labs drawn at this location. As soon as i checked in my name was called. Very friendly lab tech. On the way out, the front desk gave me a parking decal to put in my window for next time (second level parking is sectioned off for Veterans) and she also gave me a sticker that paid for my parking time.

This was my very first visit to the VA. I was a little apprehensive with all the stories in the news are care at the VA, etc. I have to admit, I was very surprised. From check in at the desk to check out when I was done, this location treated me with respect and it was obvious they were concerned for my health care. The staff and doctor I encountered could not have been better! They were truly cared about my health and made sure I had any tests I needed. I want to say thank you to everyone there who made my first visit a pleasant experience.

Total Joke thank god I have private insurance or I would be dead by now from cancer. The VA hospital is even more pathetic. Example 3 different cat scans showed I had a stroke however when I collapsed at the VA they said via their cat scan that I never had a stroke. This is one example of several pathetic missed diagnoses

They have spots reserved for VA patients on the 2nd floor of parking garage. The only problem is many NON VA patients park in them as well as General Hospital Employees..
