There is no phase 3 cardiac rehabilitation tailored to the patient. It's a one size fits all. I need more patient education. Exercise & heart monitoring to live longer. It's not provided & no one seems interested. Please contact me.

I love Dr Zenker Anna and staff I live 2 hours away and have HCM and Heart failure. Dr Zenker is well versed in these conditions. The only reason for not getting a five star is communiction problems when you call from home experencing problems it just luck if you can get a message of talk to Dr Zenker staff.If by luck you get to the staff they handle the problem.But trying to get to Dr Zenker or Dr Chomsky has proved to be hard and when you have a bad heart that is not good at all
