Called to try and get and appointment and the lady said basically that they were too busy till the next week and to call somewhere in hermitage? then I said, next week is fine though, and she said the Bellevue location is closed for the whole month. What a joke.

Value Vet customer 2+ years. Affordable prices, but they tend to give inconsistent information between providers. One of the vets was not using up-to-date treatment protocols for my dog. Not the best. Not the worst.

I was a customer for years, and just got out. The name "Value" in their title is wildly inaccurate. They nickel and dime you for everything. They have too many customers relative to the size of their staff and it shows. When they failed to fill my dogs' prescriptions properly and I tried to re-order the meds from an online vet, they would not approve over the phone; they made me come to their office to pick up to paper prescriptions and snail mail them. "Policy" they explained. It was the last straw.
