Staff does a good job at making sure an aminal is a good fit for the pet for the pet parent. Although they could use some training on southern bospitality. They were rude to me. I also witnessed them jumping all over someone in the lobby for falsifying their application that should of been addressed in a office.
Debbie Weaber
Don't take kittens there. They won't take them. Only take in from other states to get publicity. Beagle s or Fl. Not caring for their own county

I didnt too much care for my experience with this place it didn’t make much sense with what I went through this morning with a “rescue” facility this morning while otw to work I found a dog abandoned and seemed hurt on side of the road the sweetest dog ever and I knew on My way to work I always pass by this place not knowing it’s was ran by 4 European A Holes who told me oh we can’t do both with him you have to wait 30 minutes till we come off our break ! They was more worried bout him not being on a leash more than actually RESCUING The poor guy they could’ve put him in a cage for 30 minutes but instead they shrugged their shoulder when I said “I didnt Have time and was just gone take the dog pup to where I found Him” but I eventually I Found a guy in the park that was willing to take him back to the shelter in 30 minutes but I kinda Felt bad leaving in the care of 4 European people who only gave off judgemental stares and more concerned bout leashes! Like you work for a RESCUE facility it’s should be you’re duty to go ABOVE AND BEYOND but I guess my expectations were to high

I’m not sure if anyone answered you, but if not, you can report the owner and ask for a welfare check. It is illegal in TN to tie a dog out for any amount of time. Go to MACCs website and fill out a report.
6I would like to know what kind let me know do you need my phone number
No they do not
Public works picks up all the deceased animals
Yes U Can Look Up Metro Animal And Control And Choose Dogs , And See all The pets For adoption , Also There is some pets up for adoption But Not yet On The Website , Best Bet Is To Go Take A Look At All The Cuties For Adoption Hope This Helps ❤️
They do microchips on Thursdays for $10.00. Check their website for hours.
It'd be best to call to see if they have space to take it
Not positive, but I do not think they do. If they answer no you may check with aquatic critter store and Grassmere reptile vet to see if they have a rehoming program.
No, Nashville Humane Shelter is though
Yes they do
Contact Walden's Puddle. They're a wildlife rehabilitation resource.
No
Not sure since the one I adopted We took it in but No one claimed it after 7 days it goes for adoption. But give them a call I'm sure an ID is needed for sure.
Kittens are $60
Call them, they have someone who can work with you on behavior.
No they do not just dogs and cats
I don't knows. They didn't help me when I got bit by a dog in my neighborhood. The dog is still running free and my children and I are afraid of going outside
Yes that is where people would start. You could also take it to a vet to be scanned for a microchip.
I found out that they do give food for those in need. You have to call them or go down there.
I believe they have in the past. You'll need to call them and ask.
It depends. Sometimes they get donations and it can be free. When I adopted my two dogs last summer at different times it was free.
I don't know. I know you can volunteer at the Nashville Humane Society. Check their website.
Small kittens small have yes!
Considering the money they put into these animals.... Highly doubtful
I am also sure that they would like the items, but when I went by there the other day are no animals there they're all being fostered until this pandemic gets better.
None as if we know oh, I went there the other day they have no animals they're all being Foster cared so the building is not even open there's a person that came out and told me that
I'm not sure. I don't work there. I went to get free dog food.
Petharbor.com
Petharbor.com
There is no charge
It's closed to the public right now, but you can find all their animals online. Most fosters will do virtual visits.
You can call the shelter and they can give you info on who to call.
You don't have to donate money (but donations are always welcome!). You can go in to look at dogs. However, your best bet would be to sign up to be a volunteer of sorts so that you are able to take the dogs for a walk and get a good chance to interact with the dogs.
Take her to animal House vet just off Harding place and i-24. To make sure they are no other options.their cheapest vet in town and are very good have been taken care of my dog for 30 years.
Does anyone want a 4yr old chihuahua. I travel with work now and cant take her .i found her begind a dumpster as a pup 4 yrs ago. Her name is Baby. Shes free. Please help
Sometimes they have free adoption weekend I paid $100 which includes them being spayed and neutered all their shots and a physical.
You will have to register your dog, MACC will not be able to provide these types of certifications. I strongly recommend speaking with a group that handles service dogs, as they can guide you the proper steps and assist you on the best kinds of breeds for your specific needs.
I have a sweet dog up for adoption. She’s 5 months, not sure what breed. Looks to be primarily terrier. She is well behaved and loves kids. She is not sprayed...she’s a rescue and we don’t have time to care for her.
I strongly recommend boarding them with your veterinarian. You can also use apps like Rover to have someone dog-sit for that time.
If you are located within Davidson county, yes.
Purina dog Chow
Petharbor.com will tell you all the currently available adoptables!
All animals are spayed and neutered before leaving the shelter. There's no need to breed more animals when there are plenty that need homes already.
One has been reunited with their owners.
The website to see adoptable dogs is Petharbor.com
Hi! Call the main number and they will be able to walk you through the process. They'll have you come in to fill out an application and walk you through the rest. Good luck, see you soon!
I have no idea but they say no i would call them to know for sure
Did you find a home
They had puppies that age when i was there and if u tell them what ypur looking for they will help u get what u want
I believe adopted ❤️
They have an intake area at animal control. Please be aware they are currently over capacity. I strongly encourage you to reach out to rescues if you can, your dog may have a better chance of being adopted out.
They occasionally do. The best thing to do is either visit or call.
Not at the moment. They come in randomly. Check our website.
And sometimes they have small a animals such as bunnies and Guinea pigs
Yes durning there their business hours
No you do not.
From what I understand they are not unless there is an immediate health or safety issue. They have some of the best pups, cats, and even sometimes bunnies in Nashville. The facility is clean, well staffed and easy to find.
Check Petharbor.com
Yes! Always! for anything else, to love on them.
Yes
Yes you have to pay, average cost is $90
It depends. Dogs are typically $90, but I believe we still have a sale going on for older dogs. Not exactly sure about the sale.
Yes. Every Thursday 10am to 3pm we do microchips for $10. Also on the 3rd Saturday of the month we do low cost rabies vaccinations for $10 and microchips for $10. Next one is Saturday September 15th 8am to noon. 3 year rabies vaccinations are $26 and must bring proof of a previous rabies vaccination
There are no laws governing cats in Nashville Davidson County
yes they do it every third Saturday of the month and it costs ten dollars
