Does it cost to have a dead animal picked up?

Public works picks up all the deceased animals

I'm looking for my lost big black cat he is 13 teen years old !!! He been missing for 3 week's I live by Murfreesboro, Rd. If anyone see him , name is LUCKY !!! I and I miss him dearly!! I'm a Dialysis patient at White bridge Rd. Please help me find him and bring him home !! We Love him!!! Raised him before he could see had to bottle feed him, mother left him to die !!!! My Husband saved him from the storm and give him to me in replace my cat that someone killed !!! I LOVE Him !!!
