It’s a nice facility but once my grandfathers lease was up the management did everything they could to keep a bulk of the security deposit. The site manager lied about the conditions and policies in order to do so. I was eventually able to get a full return after threatening civil action. Please be prepared to loose the deposit and keep all ducks in order.

I have lived here for 7 years You will love living here. I had a small dog (yorkie) .yes the spprox weight is 29 lbs ..there us a fee Its probably increased since 2012, Like everything else in the. world . Anyway...i hope this helped you
Yes there is an income base in order to qualify for one of the cottages and there are actually 4 income levels. There is also a waiting list as there are only 40 cottages. There are 4 different rent levels and all is based on your yearly income. You are allowed to have certain assets but if you get monthly or yearly income from the assets then that part of the assets are counted on the income side. Calling or stopping by cottages to pick up an application will give you the information you are looking for
