I don't think you have all the information. For $205 per/mo you get your yard mowed and trimmed, snow removal, gutter cleaning twice a year, club house with indoor pool, professional gym equipment, billards room and a grand hall. We sre an active 55 and older community. I feel that ee are all normal retireed here.
