When we moved our mother to this location it appeared updated, clean and seemed like a nice place. The areas I find lacking are the food and cleaning. It appears they have difficulty finding cleaning staff. The people that cleaned my mothers apartment used bleach and somehow made contact with her good black pants and ruined them, I asked Kyle to call me but of course never heard a thing. I hear from my mother and other residents how poor the food is, they are supposed to cut my mothers food per a doctors order and often that is not done. They served a pasta side dish the other day to her but the pasta had no sauce and she could not get anyone to help her. The front desk often has people there looking at their phones and dont even look up much less speak when someone walks in. The social interaction is very limited, basically the same stuff every week, bingo, bead crafting is pretty much the only craft I ever see on the calendar, I would think they would be making seasonal crafts. For the price the facility is greatly lacking. Trash is left in a room on each floor and not collected daily. The exercise room is very small and I rarely see people in there. When you walk in your rarely see many residents in the public rooms. I dont think there are enough social fun gatherings, they do have a happy hour on Fridays and often have music on those days. It has been a disappointment. The positive is my mother has a nice apartment. If you dont allow them to debit your checking account for your monthly payment you are charged and extra 15 dollars a month. So my mother started oaying by auto withdraw, they place the sticker right on the bill every month that says she has auto withdrawal which is supposed to be without a fee but even though they put the sticker on her bill they continue to charge her $15 a month as though she’s paying with a check. I have sent two emails to the administrator that runs the facility named Kyle and as of yet he has not responded to either of my emails. I see the people who are the owners responded to my review and said for me to contact them but how do you contact them they didn’t give me any information on that and Kyle doesn’t respond. My mother also had a leak in her apartment that is taking months to get resolved. The cook recently left the facility and instead of the residence being waited on at the tables as was the previous set up now the residents have to stand in a line to get their food cafeteria style the residents also complain about the small sizes of the food portions.

My father in law was in need of respite care. The Harmony was able to accommodate his 30 day stay quickly and efficiently. The staff is outstanding, they are friendly, happy & most of all caring! Would definitely recommend.

I have found the facility to be clean, accessible and attractive. Navigating inside is easy and there are wall charts listing the location of various facilities. Visitors and residents are greeted at the front desk by the concierge on duty who is always pleasant and very helpful. There is nursing and medtech staff which provide many necessary functions and activities. Questions are answered accurately and are knowledgeable. The activities staff provides a large variety of services such as daily exercises and word games and more. There are coffee, hot chocolate socials, ice cream Sundae on Sunday, and Wine Down Wednesday once a week where we get together for a refreshing treat and often play trivia games. Maintenance and housekeeping take care of the facility necessities in good fashion. There is also a memory care unit for individuals with greater needs in that area. I would be happy to speak with any prospective families to answer any questions you may have. I am very satisfied here and highly recommend this home to others. Tom Winn

I was recently visiting the facility and met with the sales department Heather and Cristen. They were both extremely welcoming and very knowledgeable and left me with no questions unanswered. During the tour I was given I was impressed by the cleanliness of the building and the professionalism of the staff. The residents of the building I observed all seemed to be quite happy and content. I am confident this will be the best choice for placement for my loved one.

They did not plan the dining room properly. They do not have room for Residents to have their walkers/rollators within reach. We fought to get this corrected and it has not improved. They will tell you anyone can have their device with them if they choose, but they make it so difficult, the Residents don't do it. It is difficult for them to move between tables and they have so many Residents at each table, there is no room for a walker/rollator....an accident waiting to happen. Also the menu offerings are mostly spicy and not good for Senior diets. They often run out of some of the simplest things like hotdogs, and hamburgers and other items they show on the menu. I believe they are more worried about managing a budget than the best interest of the Residents.

Honest?? It's not the best. The pay isn't much for the type of work you have to do and other expectations thrown at you. I'm not afraid of hard work. But for a "no lift" facility it's a bit much. I've been here for a year and I'm ready to move on. So if that tells you anything.
