We love this gym. Instructors care about the growth of their students. Mike Otwell teaches most of the kid's classes. He is very good with kids. My children have gone for years.

Yes, majority of instructors are active in mma, the adult and kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as well as TKD classes compete but is not required.
There are also mma classes which covers good wrestling jiu jitsu and striking
