Atrium is a jungle & a zoo! The managers don't care about anything except getting paid. The maintenance never shows up! The head manager is never there. The staff, management speak rudely too people. If you decide too move here it's like suicide.

Good luck getting any responses from anyone. They make empty promises to even new customers. The entire process of trying to move in to this place has been horrid. There's a severe lack of communication. You can call, email and fax but you still won't get the basics of concerns answered. Truly poor experience and I'm someone who is not a fan of review culture. But this place and making it a choice for your lively hood is not a smart decision. Go to a place that has a competent management and maintenance staffing.

I have been trying to request maintenance be done in this apt nine months and nothing. My neighbors and myself have been having issues with electrical plug ins not working in the kitchen, & no one will come to fix it. Sooo when you post how did we do, like you have done something 🤔 makes me wonder I pay my rent on time & so for my electrical to not work in my kitchen nor the next door neighbors than that is an issue.

We had to hijack a maintenence worker who was waiting for another resident. Once we had him, he was very gracious and looked at several items that we had put NUMEROUS request in to have resolved. He fixed what e was able to and re-submitted a request for items he was not able to fix. The dishwasher still does not work, the floors in the bathrooms are still cracked and peeling, we still do not have a towl rack in the master bath and the fire extinguisher has been missing outside our apartment for MONTHS!
