Really nice apartments, every unit has an awesome view of the man-made pond/fountains. Quiet, calm place to live, only bad thing that happened is my car got stolen when I lived here. :( & Someone else with same YMM as mine, overall much nicer than the other apartments in the area ❤️ Had a 3rd floor loft, the high ceilings were amazing.

I have moved in this apartments a month ago and I Absolutely love it. The place is quiet you don’t ever hear anything I love my balcony and I love sound of the water, for a fact that I came from Mosaic Hills apartments where you hear police 24/7 people getting shot 24/7 these apartments are one of the best ones so far that my family lived in! Management at this property is awesome Jamie and Cynthia are really nice, if you have any problems there are there to help you if you have any problems In your apartment the maintenance is always on it so far I’ve had two problems in my apartment and the maintenance has came the same day and fix the issue!! It’s affordable and I absolutely love it I will recommend these apartments to anyone that is looking for quiet and peaceful apartment in Kent WA!! ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏼 Keep doing a great job!!

Poorly built, maintained, and managed. Enjoy your porch (just don't have anything on it) in the spring and summer months, when geese flock to the pond and honk for 4 months. Expect constant inspections for stupid reasons. They will nickel and dime you when you move out. Good amount of parking.

I have lived in the Waterbrook Apartments for little over 6 month and everything has been pretty good. There was minor issue concerning a couple outlets that took a little bit longer than expected but they did correct it quickly! I would say if you are looking for an apartment, this is a pretty good place to live. They have a swimming pool, gym and every once in awhile they do community events for the kids.
