My phone dropped and now I can't make or receive call. Says not in the network, is there something I can do to fix it?

Take the phone in for repair. Find a reputable repair company with history and good reviews and take your phone to them, find out how much it'll cost to fix it, and then fix or replace your phone. Then get a good phone case to protect it from further damage.
