Bought new iPhone yesterday, sales person said they were not allowed to transfer data to new phone from my existing phone and gave me a paper with steps to follow. I left the store and found Verizon had shut off my phone for security reasons. I then went to our business website to find out why but the log in information had also been locked. I went to sign in for online service chat but was put in a never ending loop with a box saying welcome to Verizon. I am not able to call the service line, not able to reach by email or chat. My ability to stay in touch with clients is cut off, my business is simply turned off. Very troubling experience all around.

This whole store is wonderful but Michael especially was incredibly patient and helpful through a weird process that I couldn’t be more grateful for. Technology was working against me but he helped get me hooked back up to the world. Much appreciated 👌🏻

Chris was a hero and his skill on solving a major problem save the day. This is by far the best Verizon store in the western u.s. this store also has great management.

They are as good as anyone can & anything that can be put in place. Physical distancing is observed, hand sanitizer is available throughout the store, every booth where the sales reps works with the public are protected with Plexiglas, there's only minimum of hand contact with items, even the cashier place is semiautomated so the customer is exposed to minimum contact with the reps. So all in all Verizon does a good job throughout it's stores. Here I'm referring in special to the corporate, main store in Seattle WA, lovated 6th & Olive in the Downtown, Retail Districts.

My phone dropped and now I can't make or receive call. Says not in the network, is there something I can do to fix it?

VERIZON has been failing in the area of service as far as I'm concerned. Most aspects of my note9 disjointed. Not pleased at all.
